At Swiss Arabian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original packaging and seals are intact to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
